Koffee asked:
Ok i know. Coffee is not healthy. I’m almost 15 and started drinking coffee a couple of months ago. I think 14 is a not so bad age. Alot of little kids around the age of 8 starts drinking energy drinks regulary. There is alot more caffeine in those energy drink than in a coffee so in my opinion i think coffee is not THAT bad.

Whenever they start liking it I guess. I hated coffee when I was a kid, I know because I’d sneak a sip of my mom’s coffee occasionally. I didn’t start liking it until I was like 12, when my dad brought home a Frappachino from the airport……loved coffee ever since
My youngest brother hates it. The other brother started liking it and drinking it when he was 14.

Coffee and energy drinks shouldn’t be drank by anyone under the age of 17 in my opinion. Besides what would young kids need caffeine for? They already got too much energy.

i think 15/16 is the absolute youngest..
it isn’t necessary – it does not benefit you in anyway.. and its only going to get them hooked from an earlier age..
nobody should be drinking energy drinks – at any age..

You are wrong, coffee IS healthy. It provides natural oxidents, helps reduce memory loss, helps reduce pain after workouts, helps in reducing the risk of some forms of cancer….
As far as the age limit, I would wait until one is no longer using a sippy cup.
