And no, I can’t just limit my coffee — one cup a day will do it, and having less than that isn’t worth it. Is there any way I can get the same sense of euphoria and energy without drinking coffee?
It’s not about waking up in the morning. It’s about getting that feeling of euphoria — it’s very pleasant. I know that coffee affects people differently, but for me it makes me feel very very good — like I’m in love, almost.
However, all caffeine products give me acid reflux: red bull, tea, caffeine pills, etc.

try eating an apple in the morning. I read a new study that says an apple wakes people up just as well or better than coffee, without the negative side effects
it’s worth a shot!

Focus factor is expensive, but effective.
It actually works out either the same or a little cheaper than coffee.
A one month supply is like $60.
It supports memory, concentration and focus.
It’s not gonna give you that boost of energy, but it will give you a feeling of homeostasis for the whole day. It just keeps you positive and focused on what you need to do.
It is a dietary, brain support supplement that is made with all natural excipients.

Blue Z,
If it’s the acidity or caffeine of the coffee that’s causing the problem, may I suggest a low acid coffee, non altered caffeine and see if you still have issues.
All our coffee is organic and infrared roasted. This eliminates a charred/burned bean, and doesn’t alter the caffeine in the bean, or any of the other acids. (You can Google “Infrared Roasted” and read about it.) This may allow you to continue your enjoyment of coffee while avoiding the unpleasant side effects of acid reflux.
If you would like a sample to try before purchasing a full bag please let us know on the contact page. I wish you the best.
Warmest Regards,
Authentically Angela
